Quaker Earthcare Witness is a network of Friends (Quakers) in North America and other like-minded people who are taking spirit-led action to address the ecological and social crises of the world from a spiritual perspective, emphasizing Quaker process and testimonies.

While QEW supports reforms in laws, technology, education, and institutions, its primary calling is to facilitate transformation of humans' attitudes, values, identity, and worldview that underlie much of the environmental destruction going on in the world today.

You can be part of QEW's work by giving of your time, talents, and financial support, becoming a QEW contact for your Meeting, starting an Earthcare group in your meeting, reading and sharing BeFriending Creation and other QEW literature, and leading Earthcare activities in your Meeting.

We hope you enjoy your time exploring our site, and that you learn more about Quaker Earthcare Witness and sign up to receive our publications while you're here.

Share Your Vision: Help us with the next BeFriending Creation

Friday February 3

Friends,

How are you feeling right now?

We’ve heard from many that they are feeling overwhelmed and scared, but also engaged and fired-up.

How are we doing at Quaker Earthcare Witness? As a mostly volunteer organization, it could be easy for us to feel under-resourced in the face of the mounting challenges to our democracy, our communities, and our planet. Yet as a growing network of Friends across North America, we feel strong and motivated. Thank you.
